Early Morning: Job Assignment and Preparations

Early mornings start with job assignments. Briefings are held and the day’s tasks, calling for a furnace repair or an annual heating service are handed out to our dedicated employees. This is followed by preparations, loading up necessary tools and equipment, and a quick review of safety procedures. Each of our service vans is a mobile office, loaded with all the parts and tools needed to ensure a quick and efficient repair service.

Mid-Day: On the Road toward Service Calls

Mid-day often sees our team on the road answering our service calls. Whether it’s a large commercial installation or a residential heater installation, we do it all. The challenge of each unique task is one of the many things that make this job enjoyable and fulfilling. Being able to help customers who are distressed about their malfunctioning furnace or a freezing home gives us a great sense of pride and satisfaction.

Late Afternoon: Wrapping Up and Reporting

By the late afternoon, we are normally finishing up our last service calls. As part of the wrap-up, we ensure that the work area is neat and clean and that our customers are pleased with the service provided. Then, final inspections are performed, bills are settled, and we report back to base with details about parts used and job particulars for accurate tracking and invoicing.
